The present Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. assailing the order dated 06.09.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.34 of 2014 in C.C.No.5 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases, Hyderabad. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Revision Case with liberty to avail remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.
