THE HON'BLE SRI IUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.339 of 2019 ORDER:

\ This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1.973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners/accused Nos.10 and 11 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.864 ot 201.4 on the file of the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class Magistrate, Warangal. 2.

Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1-State and perused the record. 3.

None appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

The crime is of the year 2012. Charge sheet was filed in the year 20-14. No interim orders were passed by this Court stalling the trial Court proceedings. The status of the case in the trial Court is not known. Hence, this Court is not inclined to keep the petition pending.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioners to approach this Court, in the event of cause survrvlng.

v Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
