Sri S.R. Sanku, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 28.12.2015 to the Registry stating that his client had instructed him to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if necessary. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand dismissed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
