HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.1302 of 2018 ORDER: (ORAL) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Govt. Pleader jointly state that the case of the petitioner comes under G.O.Ms.No.257, GAD, dated 10.06.1999.

Accordingly, we hereby direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner under the aforesaid G.O., and pass appropriate orders.

Consequently, order dated 16.11.2017 passed by the learned Tribunal in O.A.No.3072 of 2017 is quashed.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
