This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C'), is filed by the petitioners/accused, for grant of anticipatory bail in an unregistered crime of Women Police Station, Saroornagar, Hyderabad. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/accused, the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.

These petitioners/accused are being unnecessarily harassed by the police concerned, without there being any registration of crime. 4.

Under these circumstances, the respondent-police shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioners/accused. 5.

With this observation, Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
