HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2764 OF 2009 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to proceedings in Rc.No.A2/3150/2008, dated 16.01.2009 issued by the 1st respondent and to quash the same, as illegal and arbitrary and declare the same as null and void.

This Court, on 20.02.2009, has granted interim suspension of the impugned proceedings issued by the 1st respondent appointing members of the Trust Board for a period of two years.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of the interim order the same is worked out and the term of appointment is also over and that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and it has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
