This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner, who is accused No.8 in PRC No.32 of 2016 on the file of the Court of VI Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.
