Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned standing counsel appearing for the second respondent corporation. 2.
The relief sought in the writ petition is questioning the action of the respondents, particularly the third respondent, in issuing the shortfall letter, vide Lr.No.3/C26/17261/2019 dated 04.10.2019, in respect of Plot No.J-83 of Mahadevapuram Residential Project, admeasuring 200 square yards in Sy.No.329/9 and 329/7, situated at Maruthinagar, Gajularamaram Village and Circle, Quthubullapur Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and in violation of the provisions of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act.

Both the counsel brought to the notice of this Court that the relief sought in the present writ petition is squarely covered by a judgment passed by this Court in W.P.No.25589 of 2019 dated 20.11.2019. 4.
For reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated order dated 20.11.2019 passed in W.P.No.25589 of 2019, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 21.12.2019 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders as per law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
