After notices were issued to the parties, we interacted with them in our Chambers and they accepted all our suggestions and also acted upon the same. Today, parties with their child are present in the Court. They have filed affidavits stating that they would like to live together and they have sorted out all the differences. The affidavits are taken on record. In view thereof, nothing further survives in the petition. The petition is disposed of.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand disposed of.
