It is stated by counsel for petitioner that the 3rd respondent had disposed of the application dt.15.09.2018 filed by the petitioner seeking rectification under Rule 60 of the Rules framed under the Telangana VAT Act, 2005 of the order dt.16.05.2018 passed by the 3rd respondent.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the 3rd respondent on the petitioner's application dt.15.09.2018 filed under Rule 60 of the Rules framed under the Telangana VAT Act, 2005. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
