HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.10599 & 10600 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.9724 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 and the 1st respondentdefacto complainant of crime No.117 of 2017 of Asifnagar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 341, 364, 506 read with 34 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
