HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.1422 of 2020 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioner that though he filed application on 04.09.2019 before 3rd respondent for conducting survey of the subject land, the same is not being considered by the 3rd respondent. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for revenue submits that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of WP No.4811 of 2011 & batch on 28.04.2016.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the Common Order dated 28.04.2016, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
