THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.20266 of 2008 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to declare the memo of the 1st respondent in R.C.No.2047/2008/TRI, VC-4, dated 18.08.2008, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to prosecute her studies as per the allotment made by the 2nd respondent on 18.08.2008.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties and perused the material available on record.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the interim order passed by this Court in this writ petition in W.P.M.P.No.26456 of 2008, dated 17.09.2008, the petitioner has joined the course and also completed her studies, nothing survives to adjudicate the matter in this writ petition and the writ petition has become infructuous.
