CVNR, J & GSP, J C.M.A.No.435 of 2009 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against order and decree, dated 16.03.2009, in I.A.No.654 of 2008 in O.S.No.206 of 2008 on the file of the III Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-SPE & ACB Cases, VijayawadaFAC-VII Additional District & Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Vijayawada.

The Registry has placed before the Court an internet copy of Daily Status of the cases before the lower Court, which shows that the suit itself was disposed of on 30.07.2015 based on the Lok Adalat award.

With the disposal of the suit, the present appeal, filed against the interlocutory order passed pending the suit, has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the appellant has also fairly conceded the same.

In the light of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, interim order dated 29.04.2009 is vacated and C.M.A.M.P.No.819 of 2009 is disposed of as infructuous.
