THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.33992 OF 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue an order or direction more particularly, one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the possession of the Barber Shop/Tela situated near New Bus Stand, Boath Village and Mandal, Adilabad District, without issuing any notice to the petitioner and without following any procedure contemplated under law as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, to direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the possession of the said shop.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 Gram Panchayat stated that the petitioner was allotted alternative shop for running his business and as such, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
