This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A.2 and A.3, for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.256 of 2018 of Aswaraopeta Police Station, Kothagudem District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B read with 34 of IPC. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/A.2 and A.3, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the earlier bail application of the petitioners/A.2 and A.3 was dismissed by this Court vide order, dated 28.12.2018 in Crl.P.No.13715 of 2018. The investigation is still in progress. The gravity of offence is high. No changed circumstances are brought to the notice of this Court to consider this bail petition.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
