Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the event of his arrest in the FlR. 281 of 2017 on the file of the Utnoor P.S., Adilabad District.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein and the order of the High Court dated. 29-01-2p18 made in Crl.P.No.38712018 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K.Ajay Kumar, Aflvocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor (TG)for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:

" This petition is filed seeking extension of 15 days time for the petitioner to surrender before the Station House Officer, Utnoor Police Station, Adilabad Oistrict, on the ground that he was required in another case and that now he obtained bail in that case.

Hence, considering the aforesaid request, the time is extended and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Utnoor Police Station, Adilabad District, within 15 days commencing from 24.02.2018. I The petition is allowed."
