HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3488 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not disposing the revision filed by the petitioner in respect of the subject lands as illegal and arbitrary.

Though it is stated that revision is filed on 24-10-2016, it is merely an application and no particulars are given as to when the names of the petitioners were deleted from the revenue records and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue says that it is not a revision, it is merely an application which cannot be entertained.

In view of the same, I do not see any merit in the writ petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
