Petitioner's grievance is that she had applied for mutation as well as issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed to the 2nd respondent on 29.12.2016 through Meeseva and that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon till date.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take further action in regard thereto.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, take further action in regard thereto and communicate the same to the petitioner. No costs. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
