This writ petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not granting permission considering the application submitted by the petitioner, dated 25.03.2015, for construction of a residential house ground + floor in his plot of land admeasuring 319.25 sq.yards equal to 266.92sq.mts in Sy.No.1400, situated at Korutla Shiva, Korutla Proper and Mandal, Karimnagar District, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of A.P.Municipalities Act and for a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner. The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring 319.25 sq.yards equal to 266.92sq.mts in Sy.No.

1400, situated at Korutla Shiva, Korutla Proper and Mandal, Karimnagar District having purchased the same through registered sale deed dated 21.06.2001. Intending to construct a compound wall to the said plot, petitioner approached the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent through proceedings dated 11.12.2002 granted permission for construction of the same and also allotted premises number as H.No.1-3-118/4/1. While so, the petitioner made an application to the 2nd respondent on 25.03.2015, requesting him to grant permission for construction of a residential house in the said plot. But the 2nd respondent though received the same has not passed any orders so far. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing counsel for the 2nd respondent.

Since, it is stated that the application made by the petitioner on 25.03.2015 seeking permission for construction of residential house is pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the said application in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any shall stand closed.
