This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in crime No.49 of 2015 of Bollaram Police Station, Hyderabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420 I.P.C. and Section 3 and 5 of A.P.Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act, 1999.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor (Telangana) for the State before notice to respondent No.2/de facto complainant and before admission.

Perused the material on record. As there is prima facie accusation for the crime to proceed with and investigate, the material falls short for this Court to admit the application for quashing of F.I.R. proceedings but for to say from the adjustment and memorandum of understanding, it is stated that in a cheque bounce case so far as this defacto complainant concerned there was a dispossession of him about the understanding and part payment the factual matrix entitled to the concession of bail, this application is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the learned Magistrate concerned and file affidavit of surrender on the same day and move for regular bail with notice to Assistant Public Prosecutor and in such an event the learned

Magistrate shall hear and grant bail on the same day with necessary conditions.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
