When the matter is listed on 17.08.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and when the matter is listed on 12.10.2017 there was no representation for the petitioner and this Court directed to list the matter on 26.10.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal.

Even when the matter is listed, today, under the caption 'for dismissal', there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter diligently. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the CRP, shall stand closed.
