ORAL ORDER:

Grievance of the petitioner is that he is not being paid equal pay for the work rendered by him as applicable to the contract employees though he is also working as contract employee and even though orders are passed in proceedings No.APTDC/ADMN/P2/2012 dated 17.1.2013.

When the matters are taken up, learned standing counsel representing second respondent corporation submitted that the corporation is committed to implement proceedings dated 17.1.2013.

In view of the commitment given by the second respondent corporation, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition is closed. No costs.
