Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners have submitted a representation dated 05.01.2017 to the respondents, but no action has been taken on the same till date. Therefore, a request is made by the learned counsel for petitioners to direct the respondents to consider the said representation of the petitioners and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a time frame.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation that the said representation of the petitioners will be considered in accordance with law. 4.

Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 05.01.2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioners and take appropriate action in accordance

AVSS,J W.P.No.11121 of 2017 with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
