HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2743 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he made a representation dated 10.11.2016 to the 4th respondent requesting for entering his name in the revenue records and for uploading the said information in the online computerized data in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2.81 cents in Sy.No.570/1A situated at Hamlet of Guthenadeevi, Bairava Lanka, Gogula Landka Village, I.Polam Mandal, East Godavari District. But the same is not being disposed of so far. Even the enquiry in respect of the subject land was not completed despite of notice dated 01.06.2016. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a fresh notice was issued to the petitioner after filing of the writ petition. This Court ordered notice to 5th respondent and 5th respondent also filed necessary documents before the 4th respondent for conducting enquiry.

Both the counsel submit that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the 4th respondent to complete enquiry in pursuant to the notice dated 01.06.2016. In view of the above submission, the 4th respondent is directed to complete enquiry in pursuant to the notice dated 01.06.2016 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as respondents and take action accordingly.

The said exercise shall be done within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 13.03.2017 dv
