When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri R.Mangulal, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Central Government submits that the respondents would withdraw the impugned proceedings dated 13.01.2020 and it is always open for the petitioner to pursue her remedies in accordance with law. Since the impugned proceedings are withdrawn, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. The writ petition is, accordingly, closed. However, the petitioner is given liberty to pursue her remedies in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
