THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.16262 of 2005 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed seeking a direction to the respondent to grant pattadar pass book and ownership certificate to an extent of Acs.9.00 in Survey No.109 of Rylampadu Village, Alampur Mandal in Mahabubnagar District, in pursuance of the orders of the Assistant Collector, dated 09.02.2000, as confirmed by the orders of the Joint Collector dated 03.12.2001. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for the respondents that the pattadar pass books and title deeds bearing No.61192 were issued on 25.04.2008 and the land of an extent of Acs.8.26 guntas in Survey No.109 was handed over on 04.01.2008 under a cover of panchanama. In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is closed recording the statement made by the learned Government Pleader. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
