(Per Hon'ble GSD,J.) The appeal is pertaining to the year 2018. On previous occasions when the matter was posted for final hearing, none appeared on behalf of the appellant and today also when the matter is called for final hearing, though the learned counsel for the respondent is present, none appeared for the appellant, which shows that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter.

Hence the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall also stand dismissed.
