Heard.

The grievance of the petitioners is that the 2nd respondent has initiated 1 4 5 Cr.P.C. proceedings in M.C.No.19/12, basing on their complaint. However, after issuing notice and calling for objections from the respondents therein, no further action is taken by the 2nd respondent in the M.C. and it is still pending.

On 20-07-2015, the writ petition was adjourned to enable the learned Government Pleader to get instructions from the 2nd respondent, but he has not been able to get any instructions so far. In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to take further steps in M.C.No.19/12 and after service of notice on all the parties therein, pass appropriate orders therein within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
