THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1312 OF 2017 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C to enlarge the petitioners/A1 & A2 on bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.37 of 2017 of Station House Officer, Madhapur Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 427, 506 r/w 34 of IPC. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to permit the petitioners to surrender before the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Cyberabad, Kukatpally at Miyapur.

Acceding the request of learned counsel for the petitioners and without touching the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the criminal petition permitting the petitioners to surrender before the Magistrate concerned in connection with the above crime and move for regular bail with notice to APP concerned. On such surrender and filing of application for bail, the Magistrate concerned is directed to decide the same in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
