This criminal petition is filed by petitioner - accused No.12, under section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.170 of 2014 of Nagari Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 353, 379, 411 I.P.C. and Sections 32 and 29 of A.P.Forest Act and Rule 3 of A.P.Sandal Wood and Red Sandal Wood Transit Rules of A.P.Forest Act and Section 29 of Wild Life Act, 1972 and Section 55(2) and 58 of Bio-diversity Act, 2002 and Section 27 of Arms Act read with Section 34 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner-accused No.12.
