This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents 3 and 4 in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner's family members and the 5th respondent pertaining to the schedule property in O.S.No.64 of 2019 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Tandur, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 24.01.2020, a copy of which is placed on record of the Court, while denying the averments made in the writ affidavit, submits that respondents 3 and 4 never interfered with the civil disputes nor detained the petitioner in the police station at any point of time. By the said written instructions, it is also stated that the land of the petitioner is under civil dispute in O.S.No.64 of 2019, and the learned trial Court having granted interim injunction, vide order dated 03.06.2019, in I.A.No.145 of 2019, in favour of the petitioner, against respondent 5, for which, respondents 3 and 4 have nothing to do with the above civil dispute and the petitioner has unnecessarily involved the police in the civil dispute.

Having regard to the categorical assertion made on behalf of respondents 3 and 4 by the aforestated written instructions to the effect that respondents 3 and 4 have not summoned the petitioner to the police station nor detained the petitioner nor threatened the petitioner to settle

the issue with respondent 5, no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition.
