It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader that pursuant to the orders of this Court, dated 04-08-2009 in W.P.M.P.No.20687 of 2009 the respondents already released the vehicle on 21-11-2009 and no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in this writ petition In view of the above submissions, the writ petition is closed. It is made clear that it is also open for the respondents to take action, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
