THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.518 of 2020 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner-A4 to quash the Lookout notice/circular issued against the petitioner by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Khammam.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner-A4 that the police after completion of investigation filed charge sheet against the accused for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A IPC and 3 and 4 of D.P. Act, which was numbered as C.C.No.175 of 2019 on the file of the Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Khammam. He further submits that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the learned Prl. Sessions Judge, Khammam, vide order, dated 27.11.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.124 of 2019 by directing the petitioner to surrender before the Judl.

Magistrate of I class, Special Mobile Court, Khammam on or before 27.01.2020. He further submits that the petitioner intends to appear before the trial Court, however, the Lookout notice/circular issued against the

petitioner is pending and due to pendency of Lookout notice/circular, the petitioner will be detained by the Immigration authority and hence, he prays to cancel the Lookout notice/circular.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and since the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail, the Lookout notice/circular issued against the petitioner by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Khammam, at the instance of Women Police Station, Khammam (Cr.No.85 of 2014), in C.C.No.175 of 2019 on the file of Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Special Mobile Court, Khammam, is hereby suspended.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
