ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the condition imposed by respondent No.1 in his order, dated 21.3.2009, in E.C.P.No.47 of 2009 to the effect that the petitioner shall furnish bank guarantee for the entire value of the seized stocks for their release as illegal. At the hearing, Mr. B.Srinarayana, learned counsel representing Mr. M.Ravindranath Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that by order, dated 23.3.2009, this Court has directed respondent No.1 to release the seized stocks, subject to the petitioner furnishing bank guarantee to the extent of 25% of the

value of the seized goods and that in pursuance of the said order, the stocks were released by the respondents on compliance with the said condition by the petitioner. In the light of the above, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
