The petitioners filed appeal before the 2nd respondent on 24.05.2017 aggrieved by the order in Rc.E2/ 4324/ 14, dated 22.04.2017. Through the order dated 22.04.2017, the 3rd respondent cancelled assignment in favour of one Thikkali Nagi Reddy and K.Saraswathi for an extent of Ac.1-56 cents in Sy.No.1532 and Ac.4-64 cents in Sy.No.1545 respectively of Parumanchala Village, Jupadu Bangalow Mandal, Kurnool District.

Now the grievance is that the 2nd respondent is not considering and passing orders on the stay application dated 24.05.2017 or giving a date for hearing of the appeal.

I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order. The 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the stay application filed by the petitioners within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the parties are directed to maintain status-quo as regards possession and enjoyment in respect of the subject matter of the writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. ______________ S. V. BHATT, J Dt: 05-07-2017 Prv
