Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3.

The grievance of the petitioner is for non-consideration of the representation, dated 15.12.2017, submitted by him in respect of the constructions that are being made by his brother i.e. respondent No.4 herein.

Considering the nature of grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider the representation, dated 15.12.2017, submitted by the petitioner and take necessary action, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
