W.P.No.23111 of 2011 is filed by the Management challenging the award of the Labour Court, dated 07.06.2010, in I.D.No.21 of 2007.

3.

When these matters are taken up for consideration, learned counsel representing the respective parties submit that subsequently there was a settlement between the Management and the Employees Union and all the issues were amicably resolved. A copy of the Memorandum of Settlement is placed before this Court and the same is taken on record and marked as 'Annexure X'.

4.

One of the issues considered in the settlement was the subject of award of Labour Court in I.D.No.21 of 2007 and the same is mentioned in page No.4 of the Settlement. Therefore, during the pendency of the Writ Petitions, the issue is resolved amicably and both the learned counsel agree that the cause in both the Writ Petitions do not survive.

Sri K.V. Satya Ramachandra Rao, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent in W.P.No.23111 of 2011, submits that the State Bar Council has closed the complaint, though an appeal is filed before the Bar Council of India, he states that so far no number is assigned and no information is received with regard to the said appeal. However, he submits that the said appeal will not be pursued.

7.

In view of the said submissions, the Writ Petitions are disposed of as no further orders are necessary. There shall be no order as to costs.
