The prayer is one against inaction in considering and disposing of representation dated 26.12.2016 filed before the respondents. 3.

I have perused the representation dated 26.12.2016.

I am satisfied before the orders are issued in respect of custom milling rice, the case of petitioner is also considered. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 26.12.2016 within three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
