This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.11.11.2014 in W.P. No.33730 of 2014.

At the hearing, Mr. Gaddam Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the as the petitioner's fair price shop authorization has been suspended, he has filed a separate writ petition and therefore the cause in the contempt case does not survive for adjudication.
