HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.1439 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the Memo No.31617/Regn.II/A1/2012-4, dated 31.08.2015 issued by respondent No.1 as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Stamps & Registration for respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of the present writ petition is squarely covered by W.P.No.9655 of 2016, which was disposed of by this Court on 02.12.2016. Hence, he prays for disposal of this writ petition on the same lines as that of W.P.No.9655 of 2016. The same is not opposed by the learned Government Pleader for Stamps & Registration.

In that view of the matter, following the order dated 02.12.2016 passed in W.P.No.9655 of 2016, this Writ Petition is allowed in terms of the said order in W.P.No.9655 of 2016. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J Dt. 17-01-2017 gbs
