THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.5644 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned letter No.SE/O/ELR/Adm/C1/D.No.524/2000 dated 13.01.2000 issued by the 2nd respondent as illegal, arbitrary and in violative of fundamental rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India with a consequential direction to the respondents to forthwith reconsider the order dated 13.01.2000 in the light of the Judgment in WA No.1660 of 2000 dated 02.11.2001 award costs and pass such other necessary orders.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 28.03.2016 and the matter is posted to today 'for dismissal'. Today also even the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
