This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the notice of the 5th respondent in Letter No.187/2010, dated 24.12.2011, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for parties that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.7949 of 2012, dated 07.04.2015.

As the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment, dated 07.04.2015, this Writ Petition is also disposed of following the aforesaid judgment and for the reasons recorded therein.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
