This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the \ I t \ Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners/accused Nos. 1 to 3 to quash the proceedings against them in C.C. No.257 of 2O2l on the frle of learned XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad. The offences alleged against them are under Sections 498-A and 406 of the Indian Penal Code (for short'lPCl and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.

The case is of the year 2Ol7 and there is no progress in the matter. Without going into the facts of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible within a period of three (03) months.

Accordingly, the Criminai Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand ciosed.
