THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITON No. 39249 OF 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in disqualifying the petitioner from participating pursuant to the tender notification dated 21.12.2013 issued by the second respondent.

This Court granted interim direction to the effect that the tender of the petitioner shall also be considered. Inasmuch as the main relief stands granted by way of interim relief, nothing survives in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
