THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1892 OF 2016 O R D E R :

The Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 19.07.2016 passed by this Court in WP.No. 21070 of 2016. Sri K.R.Koteswar Rao, Learned Standing Counsel for 1st respondent submits that in pursuance to the orders passed in WP.No.21070 of 2016, explanation of the petitioner was considered and order dt.26.07.2016 is passed and thereafter challenging the said order petitioner filed WP.No.24218 of 2016, and as such, there is no violation of the orders passed by this Court. He also filed counter to that effect.

In view of aforesaid submission, I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court in WP.No.21070 of 2016. Accordingly, Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
