This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is accused, in Crime No.305 of 2017 on the file of Station House Officer, Kusumanchi Police Station, Khammam District. The offences alleged are under Sections 409 and 477(A) IPC.

2.

3.

The Public Prosecutor brings to the notice of this court that earlier a similar petition was filed by this petitioner in Crl.P.No.12239 of 2017 and the same was dismissed by this Court by order, dated 19.12.2017, considering the merits of the case.

A perusal of the said order, which was appended to the petition, shows that this court, after considering the merits of the case, was inclined to dismiss the petition by observing that the matter requires in depth investigation.

The Public Prosecutor submits that the matter was still under investigation.

6.

Hence, in view of the above, this court is of the opinion that the petitioner is not entitled for grant of anticipatory bail.
