HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.20137 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies representing the respondents and perused the prayer in the writ petition with the supporting affidavit and other material on record including the appeal proceedings against the order of the RDO (after remand to the original Court) dated 31.05.2017, against which appeal stated pending with the 2nd respondent-Collector (CS), where according to the petitioner's grievance from the prayer in the writ petition there is no interim order passed.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of and the Collector (CS) is directed to dispose of the appeal pending by passing final orders within two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to appear before the Collector (CS) on 06.07.2017 and appear thereafter for further hearing. If the enquiry could not be completed within the stipulated time, the licence to be restored till disposal of appeal.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
