O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in considering the application of the petitioners dated 17.01.2020 for mutating the name of petitioner No.1 in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the subject property, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submit that petitioners have not filed application in Form VI-A under Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, by paying requisite fee through On-line, as such, the competent authority could not consider the request stated to have been made by the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners may be given liberty to file fresh application through on-line and the same may be directed to be considered.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioners to make necessary application through On-line along with relevant documents, and the competent authority / 4th respondent - Tahsildar, is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such application, by giving notice and opportunity to the petitioners and other effected parties, if any, and communicate the same to the petitioners.
