Heard Sri M.A.K.Mukheed for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents. The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the 4th respondent has examined the application of petitioner and the decision taken in this behalf would be communicated to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

By placing the above statement on record, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

If the communication of respondents is not acceptable to petitioner, the petitioner is given liberty to work out remedies against the communication by filing suit or appeal in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
